Simple and transparent
A lead is a prospective student who submits their contact information — name plus a phone number and/or email — through the Try a Martial Art map or a Try a Martial Art landing page, asking about classes, pricing, or a trial at your school.
- Routing.Elite gets every new lead first, exclusive for 15 minutes. If they don't confirm, the lead drops to Accelerate — broadcast to every Accelerate school in the area, first to accept wins. The same race continues down through Growth and Connected. Free-tier schools are contacted manually by our team.
- Free plan:each delivered lead is billed at $50. No monthly fee — you're only charged when a lead is actually delivered.
- Paid plans ($10 and up):delivered leads carry no per-lead charge — they're included.
- A lead is counted when it's delivered. What happens after — whether they answer, show up, or join — is part of your follow-up. We give you the tools and coaching to convert; the close is yours.
In plain language
All paid plans bill monthly. Cancel anytime before your next billing date; you keep access through the period you have paid for.

The expected lead ranges on Growth, Accelerate, and Elite are included in the monthly price — no additional per-lead fee. Connected ($10/mo) also gets delivered leads at no per-lead charge.
No monthly fee, no card on file at signup. When a lead is delivered, you authorize a $50 charge — invoiced through Stripe. You only pay if a lead actually arrives.
On Growth, Accelerate, and Elite, advertising costs are included in your monthly plan price. You do not pay ad costs separately.
The honest fine print
- Lead estimates are not guarantees. The lead ranges shown for Growth (2–4+), Accelerate (5–7+), and Elite (8–10+) are good-faith estimates based on typical performance. Actual results vary based on location, market size, local demand, the styles you offer, time of year, competition, and factors outside our control.
- Results depend on your follow-up. We deliver leads; converting them into paying members depends on your speed of follow-up, your offer, your sales process, and your staff. We do not guarantee that any lead will book a trial, attend, or enroll.
- No income or revenue promise. Nothing on this page is a promise of specific revenue, member growth, or return on investment.
- Advertising. On paid plans, we run advertising on third-party platforms (including Facebook/Meta and Google) on your behalf. Reach and cost on those platforms are controlled by the platforms and can change at any time.
- CRM access. The CRM included with the Elite plan is provided through a third-party platform (GoHighLevel) and is available only while your Elite plan is active. Access ends if you cancel or downgrade.
- Free plan lead billing. On the Free (Listed) plan, you authorize a $50 charge for each lead delivered to you. Leads are only billed when delivered.
